The last scene forces readers to reinterpret Emily’s entire life. Write about a moment when new information changed your perception of a person or situation. How did that “plot twist” reshape your understanding, the same way Faulkner’s ending reshapes the story?

Response: I once had a friend that I was very close with but eventually became on bad terms with them. Me and my old friend had been friends since middle school and we were known for being friends. It wasn't until my sophomore year that I heard that she was a rude person, not only to me behind my back but to others. I defended her a lot until it happened to me. As we got older, she changed a lot and I learned that your perspectives on people will change as you get older.
Summary: In class we took a test over "A Rose for Emily".
Reflection: I reflected on how I can keep a better schedule for school work.
