Response: During Thanksgiving, I wanted to make mac n cheese for dinner. We held a small Thanksgiving dinner with my oldest sister. Baked mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes so I wanted to include that into the dinner. I was very proud with how it turned out and I even used sourdough bread as the breading on top. That dish was the most memorable thing because it was really good and it's a recipe that I'll make again. My family liked it as well. Summary: In class we reviewed new vocabulary.  Reflection: I reflected on how I can memorize all of the vocab we learned.

Then, identify four personal you would like to achieve this year and briefly explain why each goal is important to you Response: During my holiday break, I spent the majority of the time being sick. I was unfortunately stuck spending the majority of the days trying to recover and get better from being sick. On the bright side, I spent the rest of my break traveling to Maryland, and I rode a plane for the first time. First, this year I want to achieve my personal goal of gaining better spending habits by spending less money and saving more. This goal is important to me because I have a bad habit of spending money too quickly, and I want to save money for more expensive things that I want. To gain this skill, I will set a budget of only spending a maximum of $20 per week. I will also add $15 to my savings every week after getting paid on Sundays in order to save my money for more expens...
