Response: I've always been curious about the future. I often wonder how different things are going to be when I'm an adult and if anything with progress as far as human rights and politics. I also wonder how far technology will advance and if AI will ever get stopped. There's certain things that I wonder if it'll be nostalgic in the future or a thing that is still is around. Many things can be different but it's hard to predict what will truly happen. 


Summary: In class we went over the parts of an argumentative paragraph.


Reflection: I reflected on how I can be more creative with coming up with claims.

Response: During Thanksgiving, I wanted to make mac n cheese for dinner. We held a small Thanksgiving dinner with my oldest sister. Baked mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes so I wanted to include that into the dinner. I was very proud with how it turned out and I even used sourdough bread as the breading on top. That dish was the most memorable thing because it was really good and it's a recipe that I'll make again. My family liked it as well. I was unfortunately stuck spending the majority of the days trying to recover and get better from being sick. On the bright side, I spent the rest of my break traveling to Maryland, and I rode a plane for the first time. First, this year I want to achieve my personal goal of gaining better spending habits by spending less money and saving more. This goal is important to me because I have a bad habit of spending money too quickly, and I want to save money for more expensive things that I want. To gain this skill, I will set a budget of only spending a maximum of $20 per week.
